Our Commitment to Accessibility and Inclusion

Making Prom Happen is committed to ensuring that all of our programs, events, and online resources are accessible and inclusive for everyone. We follow AODA guidelines and Canadian accessibility requirements to create safe, welcoming, and barrier-free experiences for all participants, including LGBTQ2+ youth and neurodivergent youth.

Our volunteers are trained in accessible customer service, ensuring respectful and supportive interactions for everyone.

We welcome feedback on accessibility and continuously strive to improve our programs and services to ensure that every youth can fully participate and enjoy the experience.

If you require accommodations, have questions about accessibility, or need support participating in our events, please select the button below and we will work with you to meet your needs.

Thank you to all of our friends, family, amazing volunteers and supporters for making our 2026 Making Prom Happen event such an incredible success! 🥰
