All drop-off location volunteers are part of a Messenger Chat Group for communication.
Supplies Needed
Drop-off locations will need to have supplies in order to organize donations. Let us know if you need help finding any of these items.
- A sturdy clothing rack
- A supply of hangers
- Suit bags/ large garbage bags to store & label items
- Elastics for securing hangers in each bag
- Duct tape to identify sizes of gowns/ suits on bags
- Circle stickers for shoe sizes
Accepting Donations
We only want to bring “Prom worthy clothing” to the event – what would a teenager be excited to wear to prom?
Drop-off locations will be asked to follow our donation guidelines
All donations must be sorted and sized by the drop-off location following guidelines that enable a super-fast set-up on the day of the event. More details and assistance will be provided when you become a drop-off location.
All inventory is tracked using a google spreadsheet so that we know if we need to start campaigning for certain items. The link to the spreadsheet will be provided.

Google Maps Drop Off Locations
Your general location (nearest cross-street) will be available to the general public on our drop-off locations map.
You must provide either an email or cell-phone so that people with donations can contact you for your address and to arrange a time to drop the items off.
