2023 – The First Event
We helped more than 60 families at our first event! And we had over 300 dresses! Incredible considering our original goal was only 50. Also incredible considering the fairy godmothers pulled it all together within 6 weeks.
We were worried that we weren’t going to be able to find a location for the event, but the Streetsville Children’s Centre swooped in, in true fairy godmother fashion, and offered to host our event. Many of their staff even stayed to help with the event.
Even after the event, we were able to help students find dresses and suits. In the end, we helped over 70 families.
2024 – Growing
In our second year, we served over 250 students and had over 1000 dresses!
